Insurance coverage
- The rental rates include third party insurance with excess, periodic vehicle servicing, maintenance, road side assistance and accident replacement vehicle.
- Collision Detection Waiver (CDW) is available at the time of rental at an extra cost as mentioned in the rates.
- The hirer is responsible for obtaining the corresponding police report (at their own cost) for any vehicle damage or accidents.
- Accident and CDW insurance is valid only with a corresponding police report, without which customer will be required to bear all costs.
- Full repair fees will be charged to the customer in the absence of a valid police report (excess liability AED 1500-3000, dependent on vehicle).
- Personal belongings or luggage are not insured.
- Instacarhire are not liable for any personal belongings or luggage left inside the vehicle upon hire.
Breakdown HELP
- Flat tyres or running out of fuel is not considered as a breakdown. We may assist but an additional charge will apply depending on the customer’s location.
- Breakdown cover is only valid within Dubai.
